supposed to go on methadone maitenence therapy but can't find out where to go

be careful about the methodone,i;ve been on it 20 yrs and it;s almost impossible to get off this sh-t.i;m having stomach and have to have surgery;and the doctor said my problems stem from the methadone ,it;s shutting down my organs ..i have to detox off or live with my stomach problems,,,please think hard about if your gonna be on maintenance cause to kick;it;s like fighting with a mad beast,,,last time i detoxed 20 yrs ago;i didn;t sleep the first 7 days 'after that i was like a timebomb waiting to explode...being on it is better than doing dope and going to jail and ;living that lifestyle,,,,good-luck and call a health dept in your town;they will be able to tell you where;s a clinic at,,,,,,,,,,,
