even time i step down on my left foot my hip starts to hurt
does any one what could be wrong with me

i also been getting pains in my abdomen evey now and then also and sometimes presser in my chest area i have pulmonary
stenosis which is mild and my heart valve does open or shut all the way thats what my doctor said

Maybe it's just because you tripped or something and you messed it up temporarely. I suggest a doctor.

its sounds like your sciatic nerve is pinched. see a good chiropractor. that's the only relief i can find. good luck
