my lip has a blister thing on it that pours out puss whenever it is cracked open. i have tried vasaline, cocoa butter, blistex and something else (i think its viatimin E stuff) but nothing will make it go away. ive tried everything for about two weeks each and it still is there.

have u ever had a prob like this before? if u hurt your self do u heal quickly? if u have another cut somewhere else do u heal fast? if not i would suggest to go to the doctor, i dont want to scare you but i think a blood test might clear few things adn the G.P might give u better advice

the good news is those are very common in a lot of people... i know they are painful also... i dont know how old you are but here are some things that you need to remember.. do not kiss anyone while you still have the blister on your lips because you will spread it... the other thing that you can try besides topical creams and ointments is Camphophenique gell (not sure of the spelling, great product). i have had fever blisters for a long time and this seems to be the best of all that i can think of.. and the Lysene vitiamins also assist in an outbreak..

I am prone to fever blisters and I take otc lysine from the herbal section at my local discount store..For now though, there is Lysine ointment ..Get both and you'll be pleased soon

try Lip Therapy - it has antibiotics in it, don't let this go much longer before you see a doctor. Sometimes lip cancer starts this way. Take Care

put a band aid on it dab some antiseptic on it day n night but press ur lip to remove some of the puss first ....... come to think of it mouth to mouth resuscitation might work lol .... just jokin ....

i know this will sound a little wierd but garlic power and mix with water and put it on your blister and keep doing this for 2 days it gone.
