I live near chicago and just can't seem to find a frame for her that is cover by public aid any help you can give me would be pleased

Contact the local Lion's Club...they do a glasses drive year-round, and can probably point you to an organization that can help.

Look on ebay, often they are VERY cheap. You can get the frames off the net, and just have public aid pay for the lenses.

ask the doctor who told you the child needs glasses where to get them an infant probably won't keep them on anyway so why get them so early
