I am just curious about something.I am usually a little anxious about doing things ex hurting myself because I worry about physical activity causing my heart to beat too fast.For several months I haven't done anything extremely physical and yesterday i decided to get out in the cold and shovel a little snow.When I came in my muscles that I used were shaking I thought from the cold but you know how it feels when you haven't used certain muscles in awhile and they tremble..It felt that way .I wasn't in any pain and got up this morning and did somethings moving a few things around and had the door open with cold air coming it.All of a sudden I felt my neck get stiff and my muscles ached and arms felt tired and then my legs ached ..If you don't use muscles for awhile is common to have them feel that way after just a little snow shoveling in the cold the next day?Or does the anxiety add to this making them stiffen up to make you feel that way the next day?Even later today still feel that wa

Over the past few months i have been tired ALL the time. I attend a major university in Boston and in the past i have worked hard. now i am not motivated to do anything. i have missed class several times this week, i used to work out but haven't been running or to the gym in a few weeks. I just cant get motivated to do anything. Over winter break i woke up past noon and went to bed around 10.
I can fall asleep within 10 minutes at any given time. I lost interest in a lot of things. i really don't think i am depressed. maybe a little sad that i am so unmotivated but not depressed.

Today I woke up with my body aching, a sore throat, stuffy nose, cramping-contraction like pains in my lower stomach, plus I feel like I have to pee all the time, and when I pee it sorta tickles when I'm almost finished. My husband thinks I need to go to the doctor, but I think that it's just a cold and my nerves (I just buried my grandpa today and then I found out that my cousin killed herself). Any advice??

I might have a brain tumor! because i've been having migraine headaches since last saturday and i looked up the question "how do you get brain tumors?" and i saw the symptoms and it said migrain headaches, stress and other stuff and i have those both!! this happens in the middle of the night when im sleeping and it just wakes me up, usually anywhere from 2am- 4am, i get this about once a month.. en the stomach ache is so harsh i dont think any human being would want to go through it.. does anybody know what is happening here? or any ways i can cure this, thank you for your time

yea whenever i go out and pitch like in the bullpen or in a real game it starts hurting like really sharp pain and i can't straighten it out whenever it hurting. it hurts every now and tehn when im not throwin like if i move it the wrong way. its in like the bottom and top of my elbow.

Since I was little I have been having chest pains...its like my ribs are overlapping and grinding together...I have to hold my breath and let it out slowly the first time, then get over the pain cause it doesn't go away until I take a deep breath. I told my doctor about it YEARS ago and he didn't do anything about it. It is so annoying and I don't know what to do. Maybe it is my body type? i want to get an X-Ray on my wrist or leg to see if my growth plates have closen (I'm 16,girl)

I'm only 4'11 and hoping i will grow to more Average height

...and i heard that i just CAN'T go and ASK for an X-RAY, i need a good reason to get one right?

So what's a good reason to get an X-RAY???
and say if ...I feel pain (wink wink*) on my leg, all I have to say is ...
"O uhmm is my Growth plates closed yet? just wondering"......

I was recently playing football, and when I tried to catch the football, you jammed right into my finger. Now I do not mean a 'Nerf' ball. I mean a hard, pumped football. It hurts very very bad, and it happened 2 days ago. Is it sprained? Or just in temporary pain? It has swelled out a little less that twice the size of my finger, but I can't tell! My mother broke her ankle almost 4 weeks ago and has had a cast on. She is due to go into the orthopedic on the 22 of this month. She is not supposed to put any weight on it at all and earlier today she accidently put weight on it and now she is having pain. I guess my question is this... Since she is not having real bad pain is it just because she has spent 4 weeks off of it?? Also what is going to be the next step from the cast??
