yea whenever i go out and pitch like in the bullpen or in a real game it starts hurting like really sharp pain and i can't straighten it out whenever it hurting. it hurts every now and tehn when im not throwin like if i move it the wrong way. its in like the bottom and top of my elbow.

Tendonitis. AKA tennis arm. Either you stop, or you rip it and risk surgery. What I reccomend is going to a physical therapist and until then use R.I.C.E. Rest, ice, compression, elevation. Tendonitis usually occurs from overstraining, and I used to get it when I wouldn't warm up properly OR throwing tough pitches to often to early.

It WILL go away, but it takes time. But I'll say this, if you DONT stop, it can become chronic and then develop into something much worse.

it is just conditioning if you are trying to everthrow your pitches or trying to pitch more than you should. it could alson have to do with the delivery of your pitches ie: curveball. i would reccomend ice after each session and to talk to your trainer about strenthing exercises. aside from that just take it easy maybe try and tweak with the curve for this i would ask your pitching coach if you have one or just your head coach and see if that helps and dont try to push your fastball just let it flow the extra strain from forcing the pitch is not good either i once saw a pitcher break his arm in mid motion.

Son you better stop throwin and visit the doctor... Whlie you are waiting for your appointment date LOOK UP Tommy John or tommy john surgery. It gets worse if you dont let it get better...

You are overextending it. Train yourself to stop a little bit shorter than you usually do on your pitches. It will take a lot of work, but if you want to stay in the game you will make it work!

Most likely a pulled tendon.

Don't do whatever you were doing when you hurt it again, and it will go away.

Could be bone spurs. If you are young your bones are growing. It could be a serious bone injury of some type. Go to a doctor immediately if it persists.

i experinced same thing you need a splint man just to make it relax and heal LISTEN TO YOUR BODY...IF IT HURTS ITS TELLING YOU SOMETHING!!!
