For a couple of months now i have been getting a prickling, tingling sensation on my stomach chest, and back.(pretty much whole torso). They can happen from anytime from when driving, to just doing pushups in my room. Any idea on causes.?

Now you aren't too young for degenerative joint disease. Some people (like me) just have bad bones. Really bad bones! Tingling sensations often do indicate a nerve is pinched somewhere and you need to get this checked out thoroughly before you really do damage with your exercising. It also could indicate diabetes which often causes neuropathy. A physician can order some tests to see what's going on. Don't see a chiropractor until you've had some tests such as X-rays or MRI's. It might not be safe.

I don't know anything about you but I'll ask this: are you taking any supplements or prescriptions? Several years ago, I was taking a weight loss supplement with an ephedra alternative in it..... I noticed that it did exactly what you are describing. It would do it even when I'd lay in bed at night. I quit taking it, and the prickling sensation went away. If you are taking anything, stop taking it if you can and see what happens.

It sounds like nerve problems. Maybe a nerve is pinched somewhere in your spine. Maybe a Chiropractic adjustment could help.
