Most likely you don't have a brain tumor. However, stress can certainly cause headaches. Talk to your parents about your worries and if the headaches continue see your doctor. This link may help.

Did you have a sudden onset of migraines and are they true migraines?
True migraine symptoms include visual disturbances, like seeing down a tunnel or floaty white dots, clouds, etc., can't tolerate any sound or movement without nausea, nausea and vomiting, band like pain around your head.
If you don't have those symptoms, you probably don't have a true migraine.
Now, about a brain tumor.......the only way to find out if you have one is to see a doctor and have tests. But talk to your parents.
The more you read on a tumor, the more likely you are to have the symptoms. In other words, you can have all kinds of symptoms but that doesn't necessarily mean a brain tumor is what you have.
I seriously doubt you have a tumor. You would probably have other symptoms you can't dismiss like weakness on one side of your body, memory loss, facial paralysis and/or numerous other problems that are not common.

You probably don't have a brain tumor, as those are pretty rare and there are more serious symptoms. Migraines last a long time... my friend had one for a month straight... so you probably just have a bad migraine not anything more serious. You'll be fine. If you are so concerned that you can't function, though, go see your doctor and they can do some tests. But chances are incredibly small that you'd have one.

You tell your parents and ask to see your family doctor. You go to the doctor and describe what's happening and let him/her take it from there. Brain tumors, contrary to rumor, often do NOT cause pain. The doctor can use a number of remarkable tools to investigate the cause of your discomfort, from a simple opthalmoscope (which is used to examine your eyes) to an MRI or CT scan. It's likely you haven't got a brain tumor, but not impossible - so go see that doctor. Most brain tumors can be successfully treated if caught early.

The only way to really know is to go to the doctor.
And BTW: You should probably stop stressing yourself out. I really doubt you have a brain tumor, but all the worring isn't going to make whatever you do have any better.

Don't expect the worst. More than likely you have too much stress and when you add the fear to that, of course you're miserable. Just go to the doctor and let him evaluate your problem. It's very unlikely that you have a brain tumor.
