Earlier last week, my leg hurt really bad. I skateboard, alot. It hurts when I move my leg up to a 90 degree angle. It hurts at the top of my leg by my hip. It has healed mostly but never fully goes away. What is injured in my leg? How do I heal it fast? I need it to go away by the weekend. It already ruined my plans to go snowboarding =[

You could have done something to your hip. I don't know how old you are, or how flexible, but I would suggest going to have it looked at right away. Go see your family doc first, and get referred to orthopedics if your doc doesn't find a sprain or strain.

Unfortunately, there is no way to rush healing an injury, if you have one. The best you can do is take it easy, relax and keep pressure off it. Ice it or use heating pads, depending on what your doc says. Don't go snowboarding if you have an injury! You'll only make it worse, and possibly cause permanent damage. Snowboarding will be around forever, you have to work to keep your health and your body.

Could be a number of things. My guesses would be Hip Flexor pull, or more likely tendinitis or bursitis of the hip. Go to a doctor. He will give you some anti-inflammatory drugs and maybe some muscle relaxers if he thinks it is a muscle problem. Your probably going to be out of commission for a while. When I got bursitis/tendinitis in my shoulder I couldn't lift weights for about 6 weeks.

haha that sucks, from what I've learned in physiology is that you could have torn a ligament or tendon... something like that. It will take quite a while to heal depending on how hard you work your muscles and how bad the injury is whatever, stuff like that

maybe a groin pull -- go see a dr now. Don't try snowboarding until you get it checked - you could be in a world of hurt if you do.
