Have a Doctor run full check, blood, urine, whole body MRI, various scans. But some can be done by you.
Some food allergy, some medication, heat wave, bad food, bed water or drink, too cold...... Stress from work, exausted, strain, over work going without food and water for lon time not taking break not resting, sitting down so blood cutoff, standingup too long so blood stay down in the feet. Swelling of feet , anckels. Write down, make a list, if it happens, check the list, aecks, pain.
Check youself every day for any of these, know your body.
Start waring loose clothing, even watch and some jewellery.
I just lay down when I feel it is coming, does not matter floor is dirty or I am in my best dress, keep from falling and doing secondary damage.
Keeping head low keep you from further brain damage also, most of the time people faint even for no reason, some how they pinch some blood vessels that supply blood to the brain by keeping head low and legs elevated you get some blood to the brain and avoid brain damage, let every one know this around you to make sure they do that to you if it occurs do not worry about dress or modesty dress can be washed/replace and most people have seen people in breathing suite or more.
