Please stop worrying this is normal and very common. It is because you body is changing and developing. My son (age 14) had exactly the same thing last year and so did some of his friends - it usually only affects one side at a time and can last for one or two months. It may go away and come back perhaps on the other side. Sometimes the nipple can feel hard as though there is a lump under it.
Trust me, I am a nurse and a mum.
Just incase you don't believe me try searching under "Nipple pain in boys" and youll see loads of "Dr type" articles come up with people describing the same thing

I understand and have been through it too. This is normal for boys (as girls) to go through. It will pass as you mature, really. When I was your age I did not know about these things and it scared the $#@& out of me. It's not cancer. It's just part of growing up.

You should got to a doctor and have yourself checked. It's possible that it could be cancer. You'll never know what it is until you have it checked.

better tell your parents and see the doc. don't know what it could be but it's not something you want to guess at either.
