Up till two nights ago I was drinking alcohol before bedtime cause I found it helped me sleep. As I subsequently felt like crap next morning I have decided to stop. For the past two nights though I can't sleep and am awake for a long time before drifting off. Subsequently I am very tired now in the morning.

My boyfriend and I have been together for a month and everything is perfect between us... except for our sleeping arrangement. When we sleep in the same bed he lets me know in the mornings that i was snoring. I mean, i know i snore sometimes; but i have other family members that shake the house down when they snore so i know i am not THAT bad. At first i laughed it off and appologised and told him to nudge me a lil next time. But now things are getting bad. I dont know if its just me because i am a sensitive person, but he is waking up exhausted in the mornings and always has to mention something about me figiting when i sleep or about my snoring. He always tells me how much he likes me and how this stupid little thing will never ruin us... but i am really worried right now because i like him so much and i want him to be happy to sleep with me. He snores too by the way! I just am not loosing sleep over it. I want to know if there is something i can do to keep him happy and well rested

My question is what are good healthy Very low or no sodium foods. Also I mostly have canned veggies, but I my Dr. said they are full of salt, and I seen they are. Is there is way that you can take the salt out of these veggies are they like permanently in there. I am not a big meat eater anyway so please if anyone has high blood pressure of knows someone that does please tell me all you know about it. they gave me diovan to take for 2 weeks to see how it will affect me, so far its okay just has made me urinate like crazy and have leg cramps. I dont eat salt on my foods but I have noticed that its IN what I eat already.

I had a yeast infection that I left untreated bc the test cacme back negative. Then later on when I got tested again because the white, irrititating discharge wouldn't go away and I was itching and burning it came back positive with only a few buds. I used 7 day Monistat but it's been almost 2 years and this discharge is still here.

All tests and cultures keep coming back negative for everything including BV, STD's, trich, and yeast.

I am at my wit's end and I keep shelling out money to the best institutes for them to tell me the SAME thing which is everything is coming bacck negative and normal and they just don't know.

Are there any OB/GYN's out there that have any suggestions??

First of all, I've spent a lot of time visiting doctors and I'm not asking this question because I'm careless or don 't want to go to a doctor but anyway: I had an ulser and kidney stones, I;ve gone through treatment but I realized that the pain I was feeling must be yet something else as it did not go away. Left side, about the hight of the belly button but off to the side (sometimes pearcing way off to the side(that's why I thought it was a kidney stone/sand)). I have a suspicion that it might be the pancreas or intestine. It's a pearcing/stabbing kind of a pain, it comes and goes, some sitting positions make it come on or make it worse. What kind of test should I do for this, blood/usg? Accoring to my last usg I have no stones or sand in the kidneys, and no symptoms of ulcer like action after the treatment. Any info on this will be greatly apreciated.

Sometimes...When I breath...I'll get this real pain pain in my stomach lower gut area...Kinda hard to pen point it...Sometimes it hurts some much I have to stop breathing so it doesn't hurt as much...if I move sometimes it helps and sometimes it makes it WORST!!!...

Yes...I'm aware I should go to my doctor...Which I did...I had a tom of test and give a Upper Gi and bowel movement junk...All they said was...I have a e-regular heart beat (thats hardly there) and Acid reflex...The thing I don't get...How can this justify the pain I get...Sometimes its in my chest but most of it is in the gut area...I'm not fat nor skinny...I want to go back...And I plan on it!!!

But do you guys have the same issues...Or any ideals on what it can be...Cuz I think it just what they told me!!!

I had four heparin injections for a possible embolism (which I didn't actually have) over the last two days. I am home now, and the injection sites are bright red, like there's been some bleeding under the skin. Is this normal for an injection site? My stomach hurts a bit as well. Can it wait till morning or should I head back to the hospital? Thanks.

My throat has been hurting for quite sometime now. And sometimes I feel somewhat feverish. I took amoxicillin 3x a day for 5 days. I also take paracetamol when I'm feeling feverish.
I don't know what would make me feel better anymore...

the question:

A lady across the hall from you along with her two daughters. You think she may be angry with you since she no longer smiles when you see her in the building.

One day you find the lady on the floor holding her wrist which she broke. She says that she has been feeling weak lately and fell downstairs while taking down the laundry.

The ER doctor determines she broke her scaphoid and takes blood tests and determines that she's also pregnant.

What autoimmune disorder is this?

hint: her facial muscles are part of the weakness i think

Can't figure this one out.

I'm 37 yrs old, until 4 months ago I have always been in good health. Suddenly I'm hit with problem after problem. I start experiencing chest pains with dizzy spells. Doctor says hypertension and I get put on BP pills. Two months go by and all seems well. Then the dizzy spells and chest pains are back along with extreem weakness. I find myself laying down almost every day for hours until it passes. Another doctor apointment, this time my BP is good, blood work is ordered and meds are left as is. Waiting for results and my vision starts acting up. I repeatedly get spells where my right eye goes blury. Each spell worse than the one before and sight is less with each recovery. To the eye doc I go and I'm told I'm far sighted. The blur spells is age catching up. Today my knee felt stiff and in minutes swells up, I never hit it. It just seems to me multiple sudden issues at this age would be more likly one cause. I know there's no doc here but some may have experienced something like this.

I just want to know if it is even possible for her to have shingles when the only exposure to the virus was a vaccine?

My boyfriend has always had problems sleeping. In the past, it has been attributed to stomach/gastrointestinal problems. He had bad indigestion and acid reflux that would at times keep him awake. Other times, it was due to an anti-anxiety med he was on (Celexa?). He sought medical attention (had the ultrasound, scope, etc.) and all that was found was mild reflux, and he was prescribed some antacid type meds. Also saw a psych and changed meds several times. We recently (1.5 mos. ago) moved into a new apartment, and he has been having HORRIBLE problems sleeping. Nearly every night he has some sort of panic/gastrointestinal attack. He will be about to fall asleep or will have just fallen asleep and he bolts right up in bed with a racing heart, difficulty breathing, upset stomach, headache, lightheadedness. It really scares us both. He then goes to watch tv on the couch until he falls asleep. This sometimes takes hours. Both GP and psychiatrist didn't (care to) help. Any suggestions?
