Do you mean how much time does it take before they start speaking?

Your child has a condition that impacts him/her in so many ways. Like every other child, each child is different. There is no way to know if or when your child will speak. If he/she is starting to make sounds, you may want to take him/her to a speech therapist. If you live in the US, your child can get some of this help for free. Contact your local Board of Education.
