Massive bleeding and hemorrhage is common among trauma patients resulting from car accidents, stabbings, shootings, where major arteries are involved, severe postpartum hemorrhage leading to DIC, severe head injury leading to large subdural hemorrhage and GI bleeding.

You would need internal bleed in the abdomin and probably a broken pelvis (about 1 pt) and 2 broken femurs (3/4 pints each).
