Not to be embarrasing you, but what you are describing is something I have seen a lot in victims of sexual abuse OR students getting ready for final exams.
In other words, you may be holding some psychological issues inside of you that need to come out.
But, if this is threatening to the body, you will hold it all in, and the most common places for this are the regions that are served by the Vagus Nerve.
This nerve runs from your brain down to the area of your rectum, and passes through the throat, the chest, your stomach (the organ) and your gut (tummy) and finally into the region of your sexual organs and the organs of elimination of waste from your body.
What is observed in professional bodywork is that someone "keeping it all inside them" will have a posture that curves slightly forward, as if their body would rather be in the fetal position (a baby curled up inside its mother).
When you breath deeply, you force your body to "expand" or stretch all of the connective tissue along the front of the body.
This, along with stimulation of the vagus nerve can cause pain down as low as the gut or as high as the head (headaches, blurred vison, dizzyness).
However, when the pain is in the gut, that tells us (usually) that this is the prime area of resistance.
The area of the gut/abdomen is full of what is known as "viscera" and pain in this area is sometimes called "visceral pain", because it isn't just on the surface, but deep inside.
Someone might say, "I saw this creepy guy and I could tell in my gut that he was dangerous". That is a form of a visceral reaction.
So far it sounds like your doctors have only been looking at things that might not be functioning correctly. That's usually where they start.
You will do yourself a HUGE favor if you ask for a consult with a counselor or psychologist/psychiatrist.
I could be way off base here, but I have seen many female clients with similar conditions.
BTW, besides therapy, IF this is something that is trapped inside you, massage therapy can do wonders for such conditions.
Don't pick one out of a phone book. Get a referal from a mental health professional, or call a school of massage and ask if they have graduates who specialize in this kind of work.

Acid reflux can cause you to have pain in both the stomach and the chest areas. It's from the acid, it eats at the lining of your esophagus and it may be burning/eating at the top area of your stomach. Some times our bodies produce too much acid so that it attacks our insides, thus the reason for medication. What ever medicine they gave you to take for it you need to do so to get rid of the symptoms, take it exactly as they told you to do.
The medication may take a while before it starts to calm these areas down. Some of these medications have to build up in your system in order for them to work properly, become more effective.
Years ago I had pretty much the same symptoms. The pain in my chest was so bad I thought I was having a heat attatck. I also had pain in my stomach that was pretty bad. Both of these were caused by acid reflux. A lot of people can have this, but it can be made better.
I'm sure that in no time at all you will be feeling better. Some thing that you can also do is not to eat late at night. Sleep with a couple of pillows to prop you head up farther so that you are not laying down flat. That will keep the acid from coming up into your esophagus while you are sleeping . But in the long run the medicine will be what will help get this under control so that you feel better.
I hope you feel better soon. Take care of your self.

I have acid reflux pretty bad... And when I breath when I get a flare up it hurts my stomach and chest. Take Zantac 150, take two even though it say s to take 1 (pharmasist told me to) and it works. And if you have any gas in your stomach or chest try to burp it out.... Sounds gross but a big burp will releive you for a good 15 min or longer. Hope I helped

Emotional pains are more difficult to handle . Physical pain can be handled with pain killers.

Hi !!!
You have to go the doctor and let him perform a "COLONOSCOPY" or an "ENDOSCOPY", also you should go to you GYN doctor, and ask her to perform an "INNER TRANSVERSAL SONOGRAM". this will tell you if you have any problems in your colon, stomack, and in your pelvic area, as the last proceudre will check your uterus vagina, ovaries area.
Nobody should experience pain while breathing!!!
TAKE CARE , GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS YOU

The minute you have any concerns you need to address it because what you're feeling could be something else forming or happening. Never second guess because it could be a serious problem.
