When I'm falling asleep my arms and legs twitch. Is this normal or is something wrong. I have not been to the doctors about it as I don't want to go untill I find out information from you guys xx

Well, I do it too so either its normal, or we've both got problems lol. Seriously, I think its just your body slowing down and switching off in readiness for sleep. Sometimes when just on the point of nodding off, I do a really violent twitch with an arm or leg that wakes me up again! Strange .... As with anything though, if you are worried, go to your docs

It most likely your body shutting down for the night. But to be sure talk to your doctor.

You might need to unwind more before you go to bed. Drink some milk, eat a bananna. Take a warm bath.

i dont know but it sounds abnormal to me. it could be a neurological problem. it doesnt harm to get it checked. try taking a glass of milk before you sleep. they help you sleep easily.
