Yea, so I was eating a waffle, and bit on the fork. I know, I'm dumb. But it's a permanent tooth and I'm not sure what to do. Will it grow back to normal or what? My friend told me to drink a lot of milk and yea that would probably help but can I get some answers on what to do? I just don't want to have to get a fake tooth.

I have a doctors appointment really soon, because i think my tonsils have to come out (says my mom) but im not sure. My throat hurts a lot!

If i do have to get my tonsils removed, like everyone thinks i do, im really nervous...
1. How much will it hurt?
2. Do they put me to sleep while taking them out?
3. How fast do I have to be taken to the hospital?
4. How longs the recovery period?

OK well when I was younger I fell and hit an object. It knocked 2 small holes in both front teeth (at the top) . Ya I know I should have went to the dentist. I've always been scared after one dentist gave me too much of that numbing stuff and I couldn't even tell I was breathing. I have asthma so you can imagine how that turned out. Anyone I have 2 huge cavities in both. Theres only some white left like half way down on each one. They don't hurt any though. Can the dentist fill them? These cavities are pretty big. Barely any white left.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last Thursday & after that my cheeks were all puffed up, swollen. As of right now my right cheek is less swollen than my left one, but I still can't eat hard, solid foods, or drink out of a straw. I've had to miss 3 days of work because of this, & it's my first job actually & I've been working there for less than a week, & I don't wanna have to miss too many more days. Anything I could do to reduce the swelling & make my cheeks look & feel normal again?, how long did it take for your cheeks to heal?

I had two wisdom teeth pulled 6 days ago and I am afraid to eat anything but mashed potatoes and pudding, in fear of the "holes" getting food stuck in them. Can anyone help me out. I tried to eat blackened salmon for dinner tonight but was afraid it would get stuck. I feel like I am starving myself. Only serious answers please.

I was looking at my sons teeth the other day and noticed between his 2 front teeth it seems brittle. I do brush his teeth as much as I can cause he hates when I brush them, so i try to get him to brush them himself but its hard, he just likes the play with his tooth brush and eat the tooth paste. They dont look like cavities but I am very concerned. My 7 year old , her tteth were fine and I cared for them the same way I did as with my 2 year old. He doesnt go to bed with milk or milk in a bottle, yet sometimes he likes to have water in the middle of the night but with a bottle. I soemtimes think he could have celiacs but not sure yet, i ' d need to see first with a doctor. Can anyone furnish me with some information, advice?

i am getting braces on tuesday and i am really nervous. i am afraid that my friends will treat me different and that guys won't want to be with me just because i have braces. i am also nervous cause i am going to a new school.

i am only going to wear them for about 1 1/2-2 years (the main reason why i am getting braces is that i have to get jaw surgery and before i do, i have to wear braces for a year).

1) if u had braces, did guys treat u different?
2) guys, have/would u be with a girl who has braces?
3) if u had braces did ur friends treat u different?
4) one of my friends, i have known since 6th grade, do u think should would treat me different?
5) last question, if u had braces, were u made fun of a lot, alittle or not at all?

i am happy that the school, i am going to, many people have braces or have had braces.

Have you ever been to the dentist and had to have your whole top part of your mouth reconstructed and had fun at the same time? I did. I had to have 9 of my top teeth filled. I was in the chair for two hours straight! And I liked it! The nurse was so funny and so was my dentist. First, the dentist gave me a shower with the waterpik, and then her stomache started to growl. She called me a patient patient. Then, the nurse was trying to be comical and blew in my ear with the air blower. I didn't even feel anything. Later on, I had to go to the bathroom badly. so they made me walk out into the lobby in front of everyone and use the bathroom. I had 2 clamps in my mouth and I felt so embarrassed. Oh the joy of going to the dentist. I enjoyed it so much that I even made an appointment next week as well.
