Dental - October 2006

I hate going to the dentist because they stick all of those instruments into my mouth, so I prefer to go as little as possible. I've never had any cavities though and I'm 24, and my teeth never hurt me. So how much do I need to go?

i told him that i could feel a cavity on the inside of my lower jaw. so he went in and filled it in so i thought. as soon as i stepped out of the dentists office i felt that the cavity was still there with the unnumbed side of my tongue. so i went back in and the dentist's assistant was saying "how could he miss that" over and over again. the dentist filled it in no charge. how bad is that?

Which wisdom tooth?

which wisdom tooth is more easier to be pulled out?
the top tooth or the bottom tooth.

i have a wisdom tooth on the left top corner and as my previous dentist said its like "rotten"
i did not extract it at that time as it was not giving me any problems or pain (it was about 3/4 teeth left) but as of now it has broken to small pieces about 1/8 of a tooth
and somehow i think its the cause of my current migraine.. if i want to extract it , i will have to go through surgery rite? im so afraid that all my teeth will just break. i have not visited the dentist since like 9 years ever since i left sch..until my dat previous dentist.
how much wil it cost ? as its been bugging me all the time.. i feel a sharp pain in the gum... anyone please advise...

He really hurt my mouth. The office was rude to me and he slipped taking out the first one and chips went flying everywhere then he said he'd have to shape the bone? Why would he scrape my bones if he didnt mess it up? The girls were laughing his asst. said wait 24 hours to smoke. I left and when I thought this cant be true I went back in asked receptionist to go ask "the DOCTOR" not the girl and she came back and told me 45 minutes. I could hear the other girls laughing in the background. Are they trying to hurt me? I am in severe pain my whole face is hurting the blood don't stop Why did he scrape my bone? Did he make a big error and tried to cover it up by me smokin makin' myself sick so as to cover up his mistake on my bone? What should I do? The bleeding is still very bad and the extraction was at 11 am its 5:20 and I'm hurtin bad. Lotta blood still pouring under the denture he pushed in my mouth. HELP I'm hurt! What do I do?

Some of my upper gums just the area around the teeth are red, but my bottom gums are fine. This is getting really annoying I do brush 2x a day and floss daily but the redness won't disappear, even after a dental cleaning the redness returned. Is partial gingivitis possible? Is gingivitis common in teens cuz it seems like I'm the only one with gingivitis. I'm 17 years old. What should I do? I want my gums to pink up and look nice like my friends'

I am only 20 years old and I am very, very concerned about my teeth. My teeth are very hard to take care of in the first place, but I had a bad accident a few years ago in gymnastics and chipped a lot of my teeth, which have now turned to cavities or bigger gaps. I brush my teeth and floss and use the mouth wash that has been recommended to me by a former dentist. My job does not offer dental insurance, where can I get good dental insurance or find a decently priced dentist to help me with my problem? My cousin is 13 years old and she has quite a few loose teeth mostly in front. She has all of her adult teeth and she said she noticed they were a little loose about 6 months ago but she keeps messing with them and wiggling them with her fingers and her tongue. I told her to quit messing with them or they'll get so loose they'll be falling out, but she don't believe me and won't listen. Her mom keeps telling her to leave them alone too but she won't. Now some are so loose they move a couple mm's with just a little tongue pressure. Her mom told her if her she ruins her teeth and they fall out she'll just have to go toothless but it doesn't seem to be sinking in. How loose can her teeth get before they can't be saved? Is she headed for dentures already at her age?

I have a gum disease and my teeth are rotting away. I look and feel gross because of this. I don't have dental insurance or alot of money. Is there anyone who can help me fix my teeth for cheap?
