keep brushing and flossing, initially there will still be bleeding, but as time goes on your gums will become healthier, also get Listerine and rinse 30 secs at least 2 times a day. You should also go to the dentist for a exam and have your gums(pockets) checked, you may have gum disease, which can lead to toher health problems. People do not take their teeth or gums seriously.Keep smiling

Theres a reliable risk which you have gingivitis.. the suitable thank you to maintain your gums from bleeding is flossing on a daily basis and use mouth wash. What happends is nutrition gets lodged between your tooth and once you dont floss it gets up into your gums. The nutrition will become micro organism and makes your gums very delicate. So bleeding occurs each and every time you sweep. Flossing universal and utilising mouth wash will cut back your bleeding and help you have standard reliable hygiene.

I have a similar issue. You must brush 2-3 times a day and floss everyday, it should help your gums become healthier. At first you may bleed more but it will lessen until the gums are healthy. Yeah, it does get annoying.

You have gingivitis, if it gets worse, your teeth may fall out. More people lose teeth from gum disease. You must FLOSS everday. Just brushing is not enough. Brush and floss after each meal or snack until it goes away, could be 1-2 weeks.
But if you haven't seen a dentist and you have plaque on your teeth, you have to see the dentist and have the plaque removed.

See a Dental Hygienist - probably through your general dental office. You need to have your oral condition assessed and treated and probably a really thorough cleaning plus review of your home care. Once your gums are infected (i.e. bleeding on brushing) they need a more thorough cleaning than you chan achieve at home with a brush and floss. Take heart even your dentist and hygienist have to sit in a dental chair and have someone clean their teeth!

brush w electric, floss (up and down motion NOT shoe-shine motion) each night or day for 3 days, gargle with salt water afterward, done. no more blood. it's amazing. flossing actually strengthens ur gums......i would never have thought that. so, bear the "pain" for the first day.....the second day will only be "uncomfortable" and the third day will be "eh...not too bad" and the fourth day u should be able to floss w no blood. After that........never stop :)

Brush your teeth more and your gums too, flosss a lot also!, that will make your gums healthier over time, and they will eventually stop bleeding.

Go to your dentist and find out WHY! Chances are you just need a cleaning, but spontaneous bleeding is not right.

Need to go to a Periodontist, you have infected gums. He will clean thoroughly, maybe antibiotics and put you on vitamins, Then he will show you how to care for your teeth so it won't happen again
