my 5 teeth needs replacement and only broken parts remains. it needs some surgery . is there any problem for undergoing the treatment. my dentist needs a concent letter from cardiologist.

It MAY be that your dentist is concerned about the likelihood that you were prescribed a blood thinner after your heart attack.
You have been at risk of further heart attacks caused by blood clots forming at critical places. The blood thinners help prevent that.
The oral surgury you face means that there will be some bleeding. The blood thinning medications, which prevent blood clots will also make any bleeding difficult to stop. Blood clots are the body's first responders when an injury (such as a cut in the gums) occurs.
Your cardiologist may not want you to have surgury so soon after the heart attack. On the other hand, your cardiologist should know best if you have made a complete recovery enough to be fine with the surgury.

It wont be a problem, but do make sure you take your consent letter, that way your dentist will know what kind of anesthetic to use and medications to prescribe. He may choose one that contains no epinephrene (that will cause your heart to race) he would want to do that. Good Luck, but do have them extracted, if not they can cause infection, and thats not good for your body or heart
