My periods due in 3 days...
For the past 3 days(including today), I have been gettin cramps, but every now and then I get this very bad feeling, the best way I can describe it as is, its like someones hand wraps around my uterus and sqeezes the sh*t out of it, I literally have to stop walking, if I'm walking at the time, and a few times even bend over, and then it goes away(it lasts about a good 10 seconds), this has been happening for the past 3 days, along with normal cramping, and I notice after I eat it starts getting stronger, but it's in my uterus area not my intestines, but also I'm having pulling like pains in both my ovary areas, yes I'm sexually active(with one gu, for 3 yrs)& yes I'm disease FREE, so thats just to clue u in. Why do u think I'm having these excrutiating pains, even though it lasts for a few seconds?

My 3yro has came down with a full body rash as of yesterday. the rash looks like a really bad sunburn( the kind that blisters) with huge blisters and swelling of the area the rash is on. I took him to the er last night and they told me he was having an allergic reaction to something but we havent changed anything at home or daycare. the rash started out looking like chicken pox at 2:30 pm and by 7:30 was covering him from scalp to foot. Benadryl seems to help but the rash keeps returning just as bad as before. he also has a fever that refuses to break that started 4 days before this rash, is it truly just an allergic reaction or is it more? the docs where i live are back woods hicks who only want the money and dont like to bring in outsiders. Can someone help me?

I've been working out six days a week (Sundays are off-days) since late September, and I've managed to lose about 40 lbs. (I'm 6'3" and I was 377 when I started; I'm now about 339, with 100 more lbs. to go before I hit my target weight.)

I know that sleep is important to allow your body to rest and repair itself, but I've been reading that you really shouldn't take naps. On one hand, the advice from most health books is to wait until bedtime and try to get a decent eight hours sleep instead of "power napping." Yet on some days, especially when I've had a really rough leg or chest day, I can barely hold my eyes open after I get home from the gym.

Is my body sending me signals of fatigue that I should be listening to? Or should I just tough it out until 9 p.m. and hit the sack then?

Could someone please tell me, why would a hospital contact you back after going through series of testing and finding a Cyst on my Pancreas, and being re-assured that you will be fine, that's it's just a Cyst, and you will need a follow up in three months. This was a couple of weeks ago, when I was told this. Now yesterday I was called from the hospital in regards to them needing back as soon as I can to get an Ultra-Sound on my Pancreas again. Radiologists needs to see my Pancreas again, so soon. Could it be that my MRI was mis-diagnosed? I have already had two Ultra-Sounds and one MRI within a couple of months when they first diagnosed the Cyst. Now I have to go again this week, when I'm not due for any future testing for another two and half months? You think that the radiologist caught something after I left the hospital from my results being told to me? This is scarey now, here I'm thinking I'm out of the woods, and now I'm called back in to do the same testing over the same Cyst

I got many mosquito bites this past summer. Even when I stayed inside in the evening, I got a lot, maybe through people opening the door, a hole in the screen.

But I also got other types of mysterious looking bug bites. I'm getting them inside, in my apartment. One insect bites leaving three bites in a row (it's almost as if the insect goes along saying "mmmmm, this is good." (lol) and then stops after three bites. They become red welts when I scratch them, of course. this happened the other night on my neck and on my leg. And then on my shoulder there are several, random bites, just on one shoulder. I have a lot of topical allergies; I'm also allergic to dust mites (do they bite showing red marks?), lanolin in wool, fragrances. This year has been awful. I don't know what's going on in my apartment. Anyone know anything about specific insect bites?

My grandmother had a mastectomy years back, and her insurance covers a free breast prosthesis and 2 bras. The problem is, the place she was accustomed to going is no longer open! The next available certified place is Nordstroms, and the Fitting "Specialist" appears to be no older than 20 y/o, and has about as much experience as I do! We've notified our insurance company about our dilemma, they claim only Nordstroms is available in our area. It's time for her renewal, she was hardly satisfied with the bras from last year, and we have no alternative. Any suggestions out there? We're welcome to all, this is so discouraging! Thanks to all feedback!

My brother-in-law has stage four cancer and is currently going through Chemo and Radiation. He and my sister live across the country from me, and run their own small painting and renovation business. His illness has had a big impact on their business and finances. I am able to help financially, but only on a very small scale. I will be going to stay with them for a few weeks over Christmas to help with house work and the children.

I would like to ask our relatives, aunts, uncles, cousins to contribute funds but am not sure how to do it? Should I call each one? Would it be tacky to send out an alternative Christmas newsletter describing the situation and asking for donations on behalf of my sister and her family?

p.s. I have my sister's permission to raise the funds, would be asking them be sent directly to her....she just applied for social security benefits.

Any opinions, ideas, or alternative resources welcome.

would a person even try it if you KNOW it is highly addictive? I mean, I have an addictive personality and I do get curious and I smoked pot back in "the day" but I'd be scared to even TRY it. Do you know anyone addicted to it? I know a few addicts (one family member)......and these addictions ruin their lives and lives around them. What kind of high is crack too?

I train at the gym alone at 5am four days a week, usually I'm the only person in the gym.
The weights that I'm lifting lately have been rather heavy as I'm getting stronger, so I think I should start using the smith machine to perform my bench press, or else I'll be risking serious injury if I fail half way through a set.
My friend claims that the smith machine bench press is inferior to the standard bench press for various reasons.
Is he correct?

My boobs are sore a little bit earlier than ususal this month, they always get sore w/PMS, but usually they get sore 3-5 days later than when they started hurting I used condoms for the majority of last month combined w/my pill and have taken a home preg. test, (came out negative).
I also bought new minimizer bra's as i have really big boobs and as you will know minimizers are a little more snug than most other types of bra's

my question is should I attribute my tenderness (which my boobs are just sore, my nipples aren't sensitive or sore or anything like that) to the new bra's or PMS or both or the unlikly possibility of being pregnant?

I just can´t remember when a size 5 or 8 stopped being healthy and perfect size. If you are thin by nature good for u. But if you are a size 5 and people still think you are a little bit overweight I think there is something wrong with the world.
