It has been explained. My Mother had one and got pregnant 5 times and I had one and never got pregnant before corrective surgery.

It's when the fundus (top) of your uterus is facing backwards, instead of facing forwards.
We used to believe that this caused infertility. But thousands of women with thousands of children will tell you otherwise.
Don't be lax with your birthcontrol if you don't want to achieve a pregnancy.
If you're trying to get pregnant, you need to see an OB/GYN or a fertility specialist if you are having trouble and haven't conceived within a year of trying (6 months if you're over 35). Good luck
