I am 26 years old and I work out about 4 times a week but can not seem to lose weight! I dont drink soda, I dont eat sweets, I dont eat after 8pm, and I dont have large portions when I do eat meals. I have been killing myself for months and I am not getting any results! I dont have time to join any of those weight programs. I'm not obese, just overweight. Any suggestions???

are you sure you're overweight. If you have a healthy diet and you are physically active, then your body is probably at the weight it needs to be.

Maybe you've reached a point where you need to stop looking at the scale.

Do you have a lot of muscle? Muscle is heavy and if you are very physically active you may have built up a lot of muscle.
Look at your body shape, are you compact or very tall? Your body type could be giving the illusion you are heavier than you are.

below are two links to check out:
calculate your frame size, then check what a healthy weight for your frame and height is.

If after reviewing that site, you still come across as overweight, then maybe you need to sit down with a nutritionist to review what you eat and what changes if any you need to make. Then sit down for one session with a personal trainer and review your work out and see if you need to make any changes there.

Good Luck.

it all depends on what you eat and your calorie intake. i suggest you eat ALOT of greens such as brocoli, cabbage, the greener the better. some fats actually are good for you. mayo, olive oil stuff like that can help you lose weight also. try eating six times a day. three average meals (breakfast, lunch, and diner) then three snacks like handful of nuts or fruit. you will defenatley see results physically and energy wise.

Well first off, what are you eating, and what kidn of a workout do you do?? Do you sweat??? You really need to burn the fat off, thats all you can do, thats the only true healthy way to do so.... im 18 and kinda in the same stance.....We jsut gotta work hard, and make sure we burn it off, and not just cut off on what we eat and/or drink, but change our diets completely to help us burn it off
