Getting 4 pre molers removed for my braces and wanted to know if the removal of those 4 teeth would change my face structure.

Some people say that your cheeks save in, but I am not sure.

No, your facial structure will not change. I had four teeth extracted for braces.

if you weren't getting braces i might be concerned about a change in facial structure however removing some pre-molars before braces is very common practice.

as long as you do as your orthodontist says and wear your retainers when the braces come off you will be just fine!

If you lost a bunch of teeth then yes you could get a caved in look, however you are only losing four and once they are gone the orthodontist will move the others in place of the missing ones. Relax, you have nothing to worry about.

YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE WITH A PRE-
MOLAR EXTRACTION. THERE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT FACIAL CHANGES WITH A FULL-MOUTH EXTRACTION.
