My grandmother had a mastectomy years back, and her insurance covers a free breast prosthesis and 2 bras. The problem is, the place she was accustomed to going is no longer open! The next available certified place is Nordstroms, and the Fitting "Specialist" appears to be no older than 20 y/o, and has about as much experience as I do! We've notified our insurance company about our dilemma, they claim only Nordstroms is available in our area. It's time for her renewal, she was hardly satisfied with the bras from last year, and we have no alternative. Any suggestions out there? We're welcome to all, this is so discouraging! Thanks to all feedback!

If you don't know what it is, why did you bother to answer? I am in awe at some of the rude and ignorant answers, our future ladies and gentlemen! I've googled, yahooed, but nothing local. You must be fitted, and yes, we tried Nordstroms, but the bras start at a size larger than what she truly fits for.

DrB, I'm not slighting the young lady for being 20 y/0, I used to be there myself. She fitted her 3X and got 3 different sizes, it was the incompetence. Thanks for the websites, this used to be a friendly forum of q/a. Tis the season....
