Oh dear, I feel your pain. It sounds like you have tried everything that I would have suggested - I usually take Nurofen, sometimes a warm bath will help too. Hope you feel better soon!

Oh hunni, I feel so sorry for you. I think stress does add to this problem but it sounds like there's nothing you can do about that right now. When you lie down try bringing your knees up to your chest and hugging them, it used to work for me for some reason.
My period pains got so bad when I was your age that I had to go on the pill. At your age it might not be the ideal solution but can you discuss it with your doctor? I am now on the Depo Provera injection and have no periods or pain at all and it's absolutely great. It doesn't work for everyone but it did for me. You really should speak to your doctor and let them know how bad it is for you. Take care sweetie pie,xx.

years ago , I used to have reallyy bad cramp too. I kind of contributed it to me being over weight, as they have gone away since I have lost some weight. Nonetheless, I used OT get an over the counter anti-inflammatory from a girl I knew that had reall bad knee problems and got an honorable discharge from the Army along with a lifetime prescription of Naproxen. If you get a copy of "The Pill Book" it will show the 1st listing for the over the counter comm parable is "Aleve". I love it. No stomach up set no need to have food with it

You may want to go ahead to the doctor and make sure you do not have an ovarian cyst on your ovary. This is very painful, will cause sever cramping. I hope you feel better soon. Sometimes straight up aspirin will thin the blood and cause your cramps to let up if it is just hurting from the period. I hope you follow my advise and give in to go to the doctor. get Well Soon! :)

Oh, honey, I feel your pain.
if you've tried everything and nothing works, then this is when a friend of mine said she would roll up into a little ball in the corner of the room and hiss while pointing to her uterus.
