i recalculated and my bmi is above 15 but still below 17.5 most of the excercise i do is horse riding so it doesn't use up much calories. my sister has anaemia os i was wondering if the fainting could be connected with that

Wow, 18 hours of exercise? That's quite a lot. You should eat more to keep that in balance.
Anorexia is a disease of the mind - you are just underweight (I hope). My BMI is also underweight. It's 16.1 but I myself don't think it is anything to worry about since I think I eat a lot and I don't do that much exercise.
I would usually say its nothing to worry about but the fainting and nausea is kinda worrying. I think you should eat more because of all the exercise and maybe take the exercise a little more spread out and less in a week.
Also see a dietician or your GP about it. Just in case.
I hope you get better!
Good luck :)

Being dangerously underweight doesn't mean you're anorexic. The obsessive exercising doesn't bode well. For your activity level, you need to be taking in a lot more calories.
A few questions:
Do you think you are fat, or that you should lose weight?
Are you afraid of gaining weight?
Have you missed periods even though you're not pregnant?
Do you avoid eating in public or in front of others?
Do you spend a significant amount of time counting calories?
How is your hair? Skin? Lips? Nails? Have any of them been dry or brittle?
Are you more sensitive to cold?
All of these are symptoms of anorexia. Please go to a doctor to get screened. If it's not anorexia, then you might have a thyroid problem. Either way, your weight is unhealthy to the point of being a health threat.

Wow, 18 hours of exercise a week? That's not good for your body; I don't even think I could exercise that much in just a week!
First of all, if it's possible, I would suggest talking more to your parents and/or another trusted adult. Anorexia is a disease, and, sadly, we can't really help you treat it via Yahoo! Answers.
With the exercising. Take a break for at least ONE week. When you get back on your routine, you should cut the amount of exercising down to half (so only 9 hours a week). Even though I still believe that's too much exercising, I don't want to overwhelm you and ask you to do only 3-5 hours of exercising a week!
Lastly, eat MORE. Three meals a day with that much exercising is NOT good. You should probably be eating 5-6 (medium-portioned) meals daily...
I really do hope you recover from this. My first suggestion is the most important, though. You must talk to someone in your part of the wood.
Good luck.

In my opinion, I do not think eating disorders discriminate against your color of skin. I think any person can get an eating disorder, however I haven't seen any African-American's that are anorexic. Hope it helps, even a little and have a great day!

I am 5"7 & weigh 9"10lb. So i would say that yes u are annorexic. When you say u eat 3 meals a day are they proper meals or sparrow food. 18hrs a week excercise is way too much for some1 your age. Do you not have any ther hobbies that u can do. As for the fainting that is your wake up call get down to the doctor's ASAP.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/3UT25
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

91 lbs at 5'6 is extremely light. at that height and weight you should have very little body fat. if you are not in puberty yet or have just started your current diet and caloric intake may have a negative impact on your growth. severe caloric restriction during puberty can cause lifetime health problems for a woman.
