I am using some needles that i bought from a store and never been used

these needles have been in a package sealed shut and i wan't to sanitze them just to make sure

Get some strong spirit such as whiskey, brandy, port or vodka, and pour some into a container (not too much though). Put the end of the needle into the alcohol (you want at least 1cm submerged), then remove it(!!!) and pass the end of the needle through a flame to burn off the alcohol. It is now as sterile as you need it.

In a lab we use ethanol to sterilise equipment.

if they've never been used then they should be ok. but then again it depends on where you bought them and what your using them for. if you want to stetrilize them then you could burn the tips with a lighter and then use some bottled water to clean them off.
