You are borderline bulimic. You are very prone to becoming bulimic.
You have to try not to overeat. Everytime you make yourself throw up, yes, you are doing damage to your body.
I'll be really honest. Other answerers will be angry at me.
If you stick to only doing it once or twice a year MAXIMUM, you'll be ok. But it's just too easy to get in the habit of doing it more often. Then you get yourself into big trouble.
The moral of the story is to use your WILLPOWER. Good luck, hon. :)

It seems to me that your problem lies with candies, that's where you loose control. Perhaps too much sugar? Sugar is not a substance that has any nutritional value and is the one thing that you eat enough of can cause you problems. To get rid of ants without using insecticides, you use white table sugar. They will take it back to their colony and what happens after they eat it it is that their body functions just stops and they die. If it happens to ants, don't you think it can happen to people? Watch your intake, half of America has Diabetes (and for good reasons). All of the processed food contain sugar in one form or another HFCS - high frutose corn syrup....deadly.

Yes, this is bad because when you do it once, you then lead yourself to believe you can do it again and pretty soon, you are doing it all the time. This is called bulemia and can lead to a lifetime of heartache and misery because you can't stop doing it. It can rot all of your teeth. This can become a lifelong disease and you will be fighting for your life. It takes over your life. Stop now while you can and never do it again.

That's bulimia. It doesn't matter if you do it once in a while or everyday.
edit: Stop trying to rationalize your behavior. What you are doing is not normal. Accept it and either stop or get the help and support that you need.

Yes, it is bad. Forcing yourself to throw up is no way to control binge eating. YOu just need to learn to control yourself. Get help if you need it before thi sbecomes a problem. Good Luck.

It is not normal to make yourself purge. When I was a teen many years ago, I did it every single day, ate too much and then made myself sick. My teeth looked bad and my hair started to fall out, and now I have many health problems. Don't do it. You could burst your esophagus and die.
