I have been avoiding all meats, poultry and fish and wonder if I am benefiting in any way, or if it is just a waste of time.

A while back I was running every day. This went on for a few months until the inside part of my right ankle (allong my ackilles tendon) got sore. So I backed off and just swam. Now however, I've started training to play competitive soccer again. I've been going out to a field every day to train. The surface is hard. One day a week, I've been using ankle weights. I'll wear them for about half an hour. I went pretty hard with them on Monday. On Tuesday, my right ankle was sore in the same spot that it was when I had been running. I've been taking it easy since then, but I don't know how long to take off and/or how to prevent this from happening again. Do you think the ankle weights did it? If so, why is only my right ankle bugging me?

i run the 3 miles in about 23 minutes every time. i play baseball and football too. i also weight lift alot. i need to lose 20 pounds. ive been running for about a month everyday and still fat?!?!?!

Sometimes after I workout at the gym for a few hours I have trouble urinating afterwards. It only comes out in short bursts and I have to stay in the bathroom for a really long time. It only happens after I work out usually. One doctor told me it wasn't a cause for alarm.

Has this happened to anyone? (I'm 17 btw)

I'm trying to decide which company to work for as a pharmacist. I would like some feedback from patients who have experienced both good and bad from both stores. Any reasons why you like one over the other? Any complaints about either?

Since the beginning of September I have been having like fuzzy vision. The best way I found to describe it is if you go to Photoshop and use the Noise filter, that's what I see...its like a fuzzy screen over my vision...its not a major problem, but it gets annoying. I still see in the same clarity and my prescription is fine I still see everything, its just this like fuzzy screen over my vision. What's wrong? Should I see an optomologist?

I'm not sure whether it's my large intestines that are hurting, but I have been having chronic pain in my sides above the waist. They're very dull, but if they're hurting constantly, it means something's wrong right? Sometimes it then goes around my abdomin (sp?). What do you think are these pains? Mostly they're on my left side, but there are also some times when they're on my right. I've also had occasionally pulsing pain down my legs and arms that last for about 3-5 minutes not too often, but often enough for me to be concerned. Anyone have any input to this? I'm going to my doctor soon, I just wanna see what you guys think first.

I am HIV positive,HepC positive,I suffer severe depression and migraines.In the past S weeks my cat of 16 yrs died in my arms,1 week later my friend from highschool overdosed on crack then my grand mother died.If thats not enough,I had to cancel some appts.! with my drug councellor and the other with my therapist.I also had to cancel with my therapist 1 week before cause I got the flu shot and got sooo sick.Anyways they both have accussed me of lying and being on drugs.I have to see these people cause I' m on probation.What do I do?I am not on drugs?Do I offer a blood test?This stress is bad for my health.Therapy is suppose to help?
