Okay I don't feel right telling a thirteen year old this but since you really want to know I will tell you how I stayed up for 48 hours(my body shut down at that point and I literally passed out and didn't wake up for about 19 hours!!!). I took no doze and drank mountain dew!! Take two pills every 5 hours and drink a bottle of mountain dew every time you take them but make sure you are drinking plenty of water in between cuz your body will dehydrate itself and you won't even make it through the first day!!!!

First of all, coffee and energy drinks majorly dehydrate your body...not good for plenty of reasons. Your mental and physical states do not work well. Same with alcohol. It dehydrates. Drink lots of water...and I do mean lots. 8 glasses a day is recommended. Secondly, you are 13 years old. Why would you want to stay awake for any period of time other than what your body is made to do. Get your rest. Proper diet, hydration and exercise are important and will help you to get a good night's sleep. Trust me, you need your sleep more than you need to damage your body and mind!

force yourself to oversleep the few days before this marathon stay-awake period. You will be awfully bored during the time everyone else around you sleeps. Is there a purpose to this ? And after you do it, will you sleep for the next 3 days so your body can make up for the lack of sleep?

its dangerouse if you do it for along time

your body fat attracs energy do you see when you go out side in the summer your tirst comes first but you feel dead but your not. at the same time your body is gaining energy to make your survive. 3 days ill say shell make it. thats why when people are stranded they get different in about 5 days. so its possible and great to keep a little fat on you if your too skinny cause if your skinny like paris hilton then you body will gain as much energy as it needs and adventually its not much so alittle fat is alright. but also dangerous if your continualy doing it cause you loose weight buy not eating and then you gain less energy.

It is not good to stay up because you are supposed to get sleep but you didn't really ask your question properly. I doubl y our body temp will shut down you will just be tired probably after 3 days.

Ok, its actually quite bad to do that, your body needs sleep for reasons that are quite complex. But you more than likely will not be able to stay awake, your body will make you fall asleep.

Maybe you could try watching tv, and if you get bored, do something fun or interesting to yourself. You could play on the computer, watch tv, eat chocolate or sugary items, or sports or something like that.
