I've heard of many sleeping medications and Iv'e also heard that some work and some don't and that some are just ok. Does anybody know of a sleeping tablet which is good and does work and also which would make you sleepy/drowsy and make you literally want to go to bed even when you were wide awake before you took the medication. Iv'e heard of tranquilizers, are they the same type they give to animals to sleep (obviously not the strong instant knock out immediatley sleep that animals get from them for humans)through an injection form but in tablets to make you sleep or similar?,Do they work?Can you get non-addictive tranquilizers?Iv'e got kalms,what are they like?,Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You.

i feel sooooooooooo guilty for braking my diet. i wish i could just take back all i ate. i started off great, but then i went to a birthday party. I didnt have dinner, but i had two slices of cake with ice cream. what should i do now? could i just throw it all up? WHAT DO U GUYS DO WHEN U OVEREAT?

recently i have been feeling depressed. and feeling fat. so a few days ago i tried throwing up my food on purpose. i did that for about 3 days. and on the 4th day i got really mad because i wasnt able to throw up. i still sometimes find my self thinking about throwing up when i feel fat. or after i eat. i don't want it to become an addiction. but sometimes i can't control how i feel. any suggestions for me?

A 42 year old man with HIV/AIDS is diagnosed with tuberculosis.

Treatment is started with Klaricid (500mg twice daily), Ethambutol (400mg daily) and Mycobutin (3 capsules daily).

Does anyone have any info on this that might help. Im not qualified yet but i thought the Mycobutin was a bit dodgy?

Now I'm not comparing myself to him i got a voice of my own and sound nothing like him. But its pretty rough and I find girls often asking me to talk to them just because they want to here my voice. I've gotten a couple 'wows' when I'm just meeting some girls or some telemarketer or some female i dont know calls on the phone. I'm usually a quiet guy and I'm told a lot to talk more cause i got a sexy voice(not boasting), but I have a couple instances where it has drawn attention to me.

Anyways tell me now what is it about deep voices that turn you girls on?
