No, it has ALREADY lead you to bigger problems.... Problem is, left untreated, it will be even bigger until your health is irreversibly compromised.
You started with feeling depressed. Now, you have a eating disorder and you are obsessing about throwing up. I am not a doctor so I cannot diagnose you, but you seem to be half way into serious eating disorder. I have no idea if you are actually overweight or you made yourself believe you are overweight when you really aren't.
My suggestion is to go get an immediate help from a qualified medical professionals.

Its just a hell of a lot easier to deal with what ever is bothering you and what you dont feel in control of. This could go on and on without any resolve, and you will still have to deal with the root cause in the future, but your teeth will be rotting and your body will be unhealhty.I have a feeling you arent fat but you should talk to a therapist. Usually these types of problems come from unresolved family issues, not feeling loved and no communication. Dont let it continue, refuse to waste your life in this direction, it wont lead you anywhere you want to be!

You are in the same boar as a lot of women. I use to be anorexic . It is not good to throw up your food nor use laxatives it hurts your insides and causes electrolyte imbalances which can lead to death. What you can do is work out walk, ride a bike ect. for 30 min a day and just cut back your eating. Eating eggs in the morning for breakfast can decrease your appetite, and lunch have a bowel of oatmeal with yogurt and dinner eat soup those items have little calories and they fill u up.

Yes this will lead to a much bigger problem. There are plenty of ways to lose weight if you need to that are safe and healthy. If you are overweight, remember you didn't get that way quickly and you won't lose the weight quickly. So stop it, do some research, and get going. And if you're not really overweight, then you have a very serious problem starting and you need to speak with your doctor.

Yes, it could lead to a bigger problem. You need to see someone about your depression. Start with your primary care doctor. Ask your doctor for advice on how to start a healthy eating and exercise regimen so you can lose weight and be healthy. Also let him/her know you've been depressed. Lifestyle changes such as eating healthier and exercising can alleviate depression, but your doctor may want to monitor you to be sure you improve or don't get worse.

yeah.. that sounds like its something that could be getting worse. I would talk to a school counselor or nurse if I were you. It seems like its a small problem now, but could get worse with time. Try and stop the habit while it's still young.

Seriously, sweetie, get some help. Professional help.
I adore you and I don't want to see you hurting yourself like this. You have a disorder and you need to stop it and now. Your self-esteem needs a boost, and needs to be maintained, and it starts by not hurting yourself anymore.
