With them I have gotten nasal polyps and a deviated septum which inhibits my breathing somewhat. I will soon start allergy shots.

In the military, in the middle of action -- Wait, hold on, I need my allergy shot.
Generally any medical condition can keep someone out of the military. Something as simple as flat feet can keep you out because of the pain it can cause which would interfere with the job.

I doubt the shots will keep you out, but the allergies themselves may. I heard of someone that was rejected from the military because they were allergic to cats.
