married decades, good sex, now having problems with ejac coming out. no ejac, only can get when strongly working masterbation, and only sometimes!! what can i do to get ejac working again. understand meds i take and have reviewed them.

over 60 yrs, no prostate problems, meds already checked, get stiff at nights 1-2 x wkly, but at times too sleeply to act, enjoy sex

Drink milkshakes -- not McDonald's shakes, but real ones. I know this sounds stupid, but it works in increasing semen volume.

Have you had your prostate checked lately? An enlarged prostate could interfere with ejaculation. Please see your doctor.
