You can live without a stomach but it's not terribly pleasant. It imposes significant restrictions in what you can eat and how much you can eat at one time.

YES you can, I remember this guy that used to frequent Montel Williams and Ripley's Believe It or Not that drank Drano in a suicide attempt and fried his esophagus and stomach and the doctors did surgery to attach his intestines to his throat. He is still alive but he has to guide his food down his intestines with his hands. Sick I know.

What do you mean by stomach? Are you trying to ask a figure of speech or what???
stomach compose of muscles tissue, small and large intestine. For you to survive and live stomach is important!
