i know that intercourse is sex, but what is outercourse exactly????

Intercourse does not mean sex. It means the "interchange between people".

People can have verbal intercourse meaning they are discussing matters, or talking.

Social intercourse can mean talking or playing games together or even having a party or Barbecue together.

"Sexual intercourse" means having sex.
