Yes, but I don't think they should be handed out in schools. Of course it's "better safe than sorry," but you have to have a parent's permission to go on a field trip or watch a movie, therefore I don't think comdoms should be handed out without parental consent. However, in stores, I don't see a problem with it.

Yes condoms should be sold to minors. At least if they buy them maybe they would be a little more safe that without them. BTW minors can buy condoms

Yes they should. Minors are going to do what they are going to do. You tell a minor NO and to them that means YES. so if they are going to have intercourse then they should know enough to protect themselves. You can't stop every minor in the world from having intercourse so they should have the right tools to protect themselves from STDs and pregency. There are a lot of people who have STDs and some do not know it so protect your partner by always were a condom.

There are lots of good reasons for minors not to have sex.

The fact is, some do. If they do, condoms prevent lots of problems that have can have very large financial and human costs.

Yes. They will help prevent unwanted pregnancies and STD's. It would be detrimental for society if minors couldn't buy them.

Like it or not, teenagers are going to have sex. And since they are going to do it anyway, they should do it the safe way.

Yes because if minors couldn't get condoms, they would probably have sex anyways and there would be more unwanted pregnancies, stds, etc

ummm yeah!!! either that or have like a million little babies running around from all of the unprotected sex people were having. it would be TOTALLY dumb NOT to sell them to minors. and if you think that they shouldn't be sold to minors b/c maybe that will stop young people from having sex, then you are way way off. people are going to have sex no matter what people tell them. so it will be better off if we sell them to people of all ages instead of restricting them.

Yes, They make GREAT water balloons. And they are good for a laugh to put on your head at a party. Yes, you can use them for protection during sex, but there are so many other uses too.

No, because sex is illegal if your under 16 I think. If someone is 14 having sex with a 17 yr old, even if they both totally want to do it, the 17yr old can be charged with rape or sexual abuse. Yeah, thats pretty lame huh. I learned that in health class a couple years ago. But I think ANYONE should wait until they're married.
