I've got so caught up in life that I've forgotten how to live. Please someone tell me a meditation tecnique that you use to unwind. I really just want to sit and listen to the "air" and hear nothing else. I want to forget about yesterday, today & tomorrow even if only for 15 minutes. I basically just want to turn OFF & recharge. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with Fibro by a Neuro surgeon and referred to a pain treatment center here in Kentucky. The doctor was very cold and unsympathetic and kept asking me about my casper report. I'm also on Xanax for anxiety and I only get it from my Family physician but he's partnered with several other physicians so their names came up on the report looking as if I'm doctor hopping. He prescribed me Lortab 10s 2x daily and Tramadol 3x daily along with Zanaflex and Lyrica. None of this helps. I've been off work since October 1 and waiting short term disability from my insurane company.I stay in constant pain. I have shoulder, back, head and neck migraines at least 4 times per week.I'm exhausted and can't do household chores which is hindering my marriage. My husband is very unsympathetic towards the severity of this disease.I need my doctor to prescribe me something that will work continually through the day, not for just 4 hours. Any suggestions? Oxycontin? Fentanyl patch??

So, my 17 year old daughter, who has been playing basketball for 10 years. She is 6'1" and about 200 lbs. She's been having problems with her knees swelling and a lot of pain. Well, I took her up to U of M to see an orthopedic surgeon who requested an MRI for her knees. The next day she called to say that my daughter has arthritis and that nothing could be done about it. Can this be true? She really wants to continue playing basketball when she goes to college, but the pain is getting worse. Does anyone have any suggestions to help out an athlete?

So, if that is the case, why did God demand that all of the Hebrews be circumcised? If he made them to have foreskin like that anyway, why would he demand that they cut it off soon after birth? If he didn't want us to have foreskin, wouldn't he have made us without it? I am circumcised now, and I wish I was not....if it was about cleanliness, why wouldn't God have made another commandment, something like, "Thou shalt pull back and clean thy foreskin at least once a day."
What is the deal with circumcision and God's command that every boy be circumcised?

I'm sick but I have no idea what I could possibly have...

I have this problem with worrying..it can be about all sorts of thing, when my boyfriend's phone is off,when my parents didn't answer the phone,when haven't heard from my friends in a while..the thing is,the worry is really intense for me,and the majority i would get a serious panic attack from it,and i would not be able to do anything else..for the most part i'm afraid they're hurt or something,but the funny thing is always my assumption is wrong,but i never learn my lesson..do you have any tips for not worrying too much?

2. What caused it? He's 62, doesn't smoke, was a champion squash player, a little overweight, drinks wine in moderation.
