That's not a good idea. There are specific ophthalmic ointments for this kind of thing (that are made for eyes only). Go to the doctor and they'll help you out.

No - Special ophthalmic ointments are used in the eyes. Go see a Dr if you have a scratched eye - even a minor scratch can infect and cause a permanent scar over your cornea - the only way to clear it than would be a transplant.

If you have a scratch on your eyeball you NEED to see a doctor ASAP. Eyes are funny things and they stop working because of all sorts of seemingly little problems. Some can be fixed(retinal detachment) and some cannot. If you get an infection in your eye and you don't have it treated properly, you could lose it!

Do not apply neosporin on the eye. That's not what it's designed for. Please see a doctor to have that eye checked out.

use it on a cut... but it might not be good for your eye...
