Matthew 8:25-26
25 The Disciples went to him and woke him up, shouting,"Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"
26 And Jesus answered, "Why are you afraid? You have so little faith!" Then he stood up and rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly all was calm.
Do not worry. If you have faith in God, he will take care of your needs. It is actually wrong to worry, and can become unhealthy.
Prayer can also be a powerful thing.
If you ask God to take care of you, and have faith that he will, then he will take care of you. But you have to believe first.
You can't doubt God's power.

If you feel that worrying has become a problem for you, you can help yourself and you can seek professional help. If you feel that worry has taken control of your life (or part of your life) and/or if you show any of the aforementioned symptoms, it's a good idea to talk with a health professional. Anxiety disorders generally worsen if left untreated, so it's a good idea to seek help as soon as possible.
Self-help methods for dealing with chronic worry generally focus on two areas:
* Changing how you think about the problems that cause you to worry
* Changing what you do about the problems that cause you to worry
Cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is often used by mental health professionals to treat anxiety disorders, focuses on the same two areas: "cognitive" having to do with how you think and "behavioral" having to do with what you do.

You sound like me. Once i went to sleep-away camp and the first nite, i worried that my parents car might have broken down on their way back down the mountain from dropping me off. Started crying. I hated camp after that. Not a pleasant time. You should see a professional about it.

When is starts, stop what you are worrying about and distract yourself. Worrying won't add a day to your life, infact they say stress ages you! Take a deep breath, listen to music, think about shopping, your favriote food or activity. Anything to take away from the irrational thoughts. That and pray. Fear is from the enemy! Pray for peace.

Good news: when a person is afraid that he/she is going crazy, he/she almost never is.
I agree with the second answerer that you might have some kind of anxiety disorder. Why don't you see a psychiatrist or psychologist and have yourself evaluated?

It sounds like you may have a panic disorder. Best advice is to visit your general practitioner to get a referral to a mental health specialist. The condition is very treatable. You don't have to live with it, at least at the level you seem to be now!
Good Luck to you!

just say,"My assumption is wrong, my assumptions is wrong, my assumption is wrong....hopefully that will help and keep busy doing other things then waiting for a phone call and stop making calls so often.
