If a male gets really horney and he feels the sperm but he doesn't put it out, is that bad? will it effect his health in anyway?

no like, my bf like i make him really horney like kissing and touching but i wont have sex with him or suck his thing. he tells me he gets really horney and his penis gets huge but he doesnt masturbate and the sperm doesnt go out. will that effect his penis?

No ... not at all. That's a myth. The sperm will be gone with the urine when he pee for the next time. But of course after been horney for sometime, his testicles will feel some pain but it is not a big issue.

no effect on his penis or size or any other possible side effect you can think of. He will likely release it later when he gets home. he likely gets many erections that he does not have a release. He will release when he gets ready. Nothing to worry about.
