iam a medical student and a chronic stammerer. i need some self help stammering exercises that can help me to reduce stammering.i tried to find it on net,but there is no advice or an article tellong about such exercises.they all are sponsored and none is available free of cost.so,I REQUEST ALL THOSE WHO HAVE ONCE BEEN CHRONIC STAMMERERS AND ALSO THE SPEECH EXPERTS TO HELP ME OUT.THOSE WHO HAD SUFFERED FROM IT,KNOW HOW HUMILIATING IT IS.PLZ HELP ME

only honest people please 66 year old male smoker wasnt feeling well th eend of september was cold tired and loss of appetite lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks threw up twice ok now we are in november hasnt thrown up anymore no swelling anywhere no blood in stool or urine he is on coumadin which is a blood thinner complaining of nausoious stomach went to drs had a chest xray all was good did alot of blood work wont get results in until friday but has a fast heart beat but he also has a mechanical valve for the past 20 years and has had a fast heart beat before felt a loss of appetite now he is eating like a horse gained a pound which is good he gained instead of lost and his stomach is feeling better he said he felt like his belly was a little uncomfortable and full and now he feels fine my quewstion is does it sound like cancer either stomach or deundom if i am spelling it right very worried just wondering if all could be ok because chest xray is good hes back to eating and he is starting to

Or after any sort of heart attack would you be fit for nothing? This morning I had all the symptoms of one for like ten minutes but they went away and I just feel sort of ill and light headed now.

..it makes it difficult to work in my driving job, especially if people are in the car with me. I cough so much sometimes that i cant stop and i am sick. I have tried all the usual cough remedies etc but what i want to know is if there is natural remedies anyone can suggest and also if there is something i can have in the car which can ease/sooth my bout of coughing before it gets started..water is fine but im thinking maybe there is something better and more effective.,

Just so you know, i have had night nurse, day nurse, pavacol d and also pulmo bailey but i can only take that before bed!
I drink hot tea with honey and lemon but obviously cant have that on tap.

Please any suggestions as im desperate, im on my 3rd day off work and i just cant afford to be off!

I am well and truly on the road to stopping smoking cigarettes, but upon this journey of farewell to the life taking weed, I would welcome any help/ suggestions.

i have schizophrenia parnoid type.is it that easy for some of you to hold down a job.im on ssdi disabiled for 3 years and i read some of these answers and wounder.what would you do in my shoes.i lost my jobs your to slow this may not be the job for you sent home not many hours.with the hearing voices while trying to work.i worked temp at playtex sent home before i got in the door good i almost hurt my supervisor. we had to put together baby bottles.so i tried disability took a while of course but i got it.does anyone have parnoid thoughts like i do well i cant get out of them.if anyone knows anyone i can chat with who has parnoid thoughts e-mail me. im not trying to fake or anything please help me. if i get fired again some day im afraid i will hurt someone .im like a duck in a shooting gallery.i do volunteer work now at least noone can pick on you because its on your time. i really should not care about some of the answers i insulting the mentally ill. that is so rude..

I have so many things on my mind - as some of you know from my last question - but things always seem a lot better when the sun comes out. I feel so much better when it's all shiny outside. We had so much rain this year in Gloucestershire that I think it really got to me.

So I have been sick for about a good month. It started as mucus and I'd cough and that's when mucus is coming out. No sore throat no runny nose.

I first tried these antibiotics but I think I've been taking them too much throughout the years that those specific types of antibiotics are not useful for me.

I've had to stop medication for a few days sometimes because I have social events where I drank alcohol (probably didn't help). After that, in the past 2 weeks I tried the normal over the counter medicine and still doesn't help...

Should I be taking stronger antibiotics and face possible immunity to that in the future as well?

Or should I just let it get better even though it doesn't seem like it is going away. I am going to see a doctor soon but I just wanted to know if this is a chronic situation where there is constant non stop mucus being built up in my lungs.

some of my neighbors have hinted that i might have a problem. i am 5'8" and 133 pounds. i am only losing a couple more pounds so that i can fluctuate. i know what weight would be unhealthy for me to go down to. i eat 1400 calories on my diet, so i don't feel anorexic, but i admit i'm still not happy when i look in the mirror and i want to lose more. can you be considered anorexic if you eat 1400 calories a day, just because you are losing more weight?
