I hit my hand on my car door now there is a small bump that hurts?

I shut my door really hard and the edge of my hand hit it , it hurt really bad now i have this small hard bump around the bump its red n im not sure what it is a busted blood vessel of what?! please help im scared

It is probably a hematoma, basically blood under the skin.... if it was a busted blood vessel, your hand would be all swelled up... put ice on it....
