I had my period for one day. It was normal as far as content goes. Usually they last 3-4 days though. Then for a few days after, I had brown spotting. Now I am left with aching as if my period is on its way. Anybody else experience this?

I wake up and feel that my stomach has been crushed, and breathing is difficult, almost as if something has been sitting on my chest. Does anyone else ever get this, and what causes it? And is there anyway to stop myself turning on to my back while asleep?

Hello,

I was just given a platinum ring from my girlfriend as a present which I like alot. I just have some questions before I go venturing off and doing stuff with the ring on my finger.

First off, can I shower with this ring or do I have to take it off everytime? (It has something engraved on the inside, possibility of trapped bacteria?)

Second, if I wash my hands for example do I have to take it off each time?

Third, Should I wear it to sleep? (I would like to since it's easier just leaving it on than taking it off and on y'know.)

Fourth, how can I clean it lets say if I get some dirty substance on it?

That's all the questions I could think of that were boggling my mind at the moment, I will post some more if I think of any more. If anyone has any other tips or suggestions on what I should do please say! I do not want to get some kind of allergic reaction and not be able to wear this!

Thank you all, godbless.

I am a 21 year old female, I am 5'7" and weigh 160 lbs. My legs are lean and in good shape, but my only problem is I do not know how to target the area between my thighs at the very top of my legs - the part where my thighs touch each other. What are good exercises to burn fat in this problem area? Or will the fat in this area shrink away with general aerobic workouts? Thanks!

Just wondering how you personally feel about it. Does the thought disgust you? Create fear? Do you feel gratitude for the people who do it? Do you desire to help others by donating blood? Is it something you would never dream of doing? Religious beliefs?

Just wondering. It's the time of year for it.

The passed few months my hearing has been very sensitive to a lot of things, such as loud music/tv, when I'm putting away dishes, loud traffic on the highway, even the toilet seat slamming down bothers my ears.
The ringing isn't too loud, but I mostly hear it when I'm going to sleep bc it's quietest then.
Sometime I close my nostrils and blow through my nose and my ears pop. Muucus also comes out from my mouth a lot and I'm not even sick! Help!

I started taking a B Vitamin Complex, for several reasons, along with my daily medication (mild anti-dep. and sedative/anti-anxiety).
I've only taken a few so far, not even on a daily basis, but I've noticed my skin breaking out much more than usual. Could this be because of the BVitamin's addition to my system?

My daily routine is washing my face in the morning and evening. There has to be some reason why my face looks really red and irriatated. It's just around my nose, mouth, and especially the chin area. Everywhere else, like my forehead, neck and cheeks, my skin is fine. Is it the dial anti bacterial soap that I'm using twice a day on my face. My face is very dry when I get out the shower. Or is it the Lotion that I use which it is causing face to irriatate. The lotion is a Neutrogena oil free, fragrance free, and alcholal free. I been using the lotion every once in awile, but I can't figure out what it is from. Should I just go to clean and clear product , like a morning burst facial cleanser?

I am about to marry a girl and we both belong to the same blood group: O +ve.

She is a bit concerned that this resemblance of blood group could cause certain medical imbalance, of which I am not very clear. We love each other and we do not want to cancel the marriage because of a matching blood group. We have decided to go ahead with the marriage overlooking any consequences.

However, I would like to know what these consequences can be and what are the possible remedies.

Apparently the word on the street is that muscle cells wont dissappear until you starve yourself. I don't want to starve myself...but I'd like to be slim. I'm just curious how Hilary Swank gained 20 lbs in muscle for Million Dollar Baby and then got rid of that weight in a month. I'm not fat, I'm muscular and a woman. I weigh 135 and am 5'6" but have weighed between 115 and 140. Is my only option to quit excercising those muscles and cut down on my calorie intake? Just shrink those cells?

im a 30 year old borderline personality disorder sufferer...i live alone...im very lonely...have low self esteem...because of my problems...ive never made any friends ever.....never been in a relationship, ever.....ive never been employed.

ive had the internet since 2005 which had connected me really to people and the outside word. unfortunatly, because of the way iam, most people have come and left.....than come and remained friends.....im clingy...needy...get reliant...want intimacy early, coupled with the very low self esteem....always frightens people away from me.
along with other symptoms...i have irrational thoughts ive had for along time....ive recently been rejected by internet friends that id known for months...from the states.

& im thinking its because '' people are having negative information fed to them about me & are being influenced to stay away, not help, befriend or get involved ''

having this thought is making me angry & depressed..but i can find no other

Ok, I'm wondering....after you had children, did your periods get heavier, the cramping more severe? I had my second child nearly five years ago, and I noticed that my periods got much heavier, they last longer, and the cramping is more severe. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same? Also, aside from Motrin, heating pads, and such, what are the ways you cope with the cramping? I find myself skipping work and activities that I enjoy at times because it's so severe. My doctor says that it's ok, that we don't want to even think about a hysterectomy at this point, that I'm clear of cysts and other ailments, but it's making me miserable. Suggestions?
