My daily routine is washing my face in the morning and evening. There has to be some reason why my face looks really red and irriatated. It's just around my nose, mouth, and especially the chin area. Everywhere else, like my forehead, neck and cheeks, my skin is fine. Is it the dial anti bacterial soap that I'm using twice a day on my face. My face is very dry when I get out the shower. Or is it the Lotion that I use which it is causing face to irriatate. The lotion is a Neutrogena oil free, fragrance free, and alcholal free. I been using the lotion every once in awile, but I can't figure out what it is from. Should I just go to clean and clear product , like a morning burst facial cleanser?

i agree about gentler soaps... purpose liquid soap is particularly good. my skin is sensitive too, and i find that toothpaste, of all things, irritates my skin. why don't you try rinsing your lips and chin thoroughly after you brush your teeth, and then reapply a little moisturizer?
good luck!

I think Dial is too strong to be used on your face. Find a gentle product for sensitive skin, like a Neutrogena cleanser.

Dial soap is a little harsh for your face. My dermatologist suggested Dove or Purpose. The lotion sounds fine.

attempt to prepare a honey mask on your face once or twice a week honey has antibacterial residences so it rather is massive for disinfecting and healing minor blemishes. shop washing your face two times an afternoon with zits cleansing soap, use a sulfur based cleansing soap for zits yet do not scrub or over wash your epidermis. which will in basic terms make your epidermis produce greater sebum which will bring about greater zits. consume carrots and take a chromium supplement as quickly as an afternoon and attempt to consume ingredients wealthy in zinc and drink numerous water.

You are most likely suffering from wind burn or chapped skin. The same thing happens to me when the temp. drops during the colder months. Perhaps you might try using a richer moisturizer for your skin in the winter, or cover up with a scarf.
