to work out with? Keep in mind I'm a virgin exerciser and very overweight. I tried Windsor Pilates and they were great, but a little over my skill level. I pulled a back muscle.

I love to dance. It would be wonderful if there was a DVD that taught dance moves--easy ones--to help me get moving! Don't give me any buns of steel, because I'm not ready for that yet.

Thanks y'all!

When a person is suffering with arthritis pain, that person will try just about anything (within reason) to alleviate some of the pain.

I was told about a method of soaking golden raisins in gin, eat 5 per day and it would help with the inflammation and pain -- similar to the relief gout sufferers experience with cherries.

Has anyone else used this method? What type of gin to use and how long to soak the raisins? Did this method provide a measure of relief?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Today, I'm wearing a normal female fit (close to the skin) t-shirt...
And I've noticed that I sort of have a slight boob on top of a boob where the cups aren't fully round them.... (The bra I'm wearing is just a t-shirt bra, not a push-up one).
Can't water retention due to your monthly cycle affect the size of your boobs? I'm due on next Sunday...
Do you think it is water retention or have they actually grown? I'm 17, surely they've stoppped growing by now?!
Advice will be greatly appreciated!
It will be so "Sod's law" if they have grown as I've just bought some new bras... =(

So I just started on birth control last month. I was on it for a month and took it regularly and on time, but then, like an idiot, I never made it to the pharmacy to refill my prescription. Now its been over a week so what do I do?. Should I just wait until my next period and start again or should I wait a couple of months? I know I've really thrown my body all out of whack and I know it was incredibly stupid of me, but I had a lot going on and the pharmacy isn't exactly close.

I woke up last night and there was this horrible smell. I literally got out of bed and searched the house thinking that there was some one in my home. Finally I realized that it was probably just me!!! I swear to god that it didn't smell like any thing that had come out of my bod before in my life time.
Has this ever happend to any one else?

a result of BAD diet. For the last 20 odd years that she has been married her family has been eating outside on a daily basis. She doesn't cook and even gets breakfast from a nearby restaurant. Basically a lot of meats, fried, baked and white flour stuff.
I want to know if her ailment increases the risk for my husband and kids. Does the breast cancer thing run in the family ?
None of my husbands other relatives have ever had cancer.

Must be nice to be oblivious to the harsh reality of life though. Unfortunately Depression is VERY real-and VERY Deadly. Tragically, at least 15% of sufferers end their pain by ending their lives. Suicide. THIS is the reality of Depression. Real enough for them? Sad really.I suppose they deserve our pity. One day, they may just find out just how real it really is, only after losing their own Son or Daughter to Depression.Refusing to get them Professional help, the Child dies as a result.Guilt is also a Life sentence. Depression is a Killer, and rising in epidemic proportions. Our youth in particular are Dying here! What do they say to this? Oh well, if only they'd taken their advice in the first place?Heard this before?"Just pull yourself together""Control yourself"Be Strong""All you need to do is focus on the positive"Who do they think they are...God?

Wake up! This is FACT,not FAIRY-TALE, as so many of them elude to.

Sickening isn't it. LITERALLY...

Yesterday, I started paper smoking. You probably think I'm crazy but I roll up a piece of paper and tape it around and light one end and sometimes inhale on the other end. I call it paper smoking. Hey, it's much better than cigarette smoking! They're the ones with all the cancer-causing substances in them. Not this! And a few of y'all made it sound like I was suffocating myself! Cigarette smokers don't suffocate themselves. I normally weigh 135 pounds but after I took that first puff I weighed 137 pounds but my stomach was flatter. I have no appetite at all. I force myself to eat. This morning, I weighed 132 pounds. I lost 5 pounds! Is this because of paper smoking? I don't let the smoke go past my mouth. It never goes into my lungs. My stomach looks so flat and my love handles are getting smaller and smaller and I look like I'm entering the petite! Is that cancer? Is it normal?
