I have 2 uterus now the problem is i had sex i got spotting yet ive got my period 2 weeks early Why is this?

ive had most of the signs of pregnancy cramping,dizziness,nausea, urinating constantly,breast tender and head aches, faituge i did a home pregnacy test came back negative it could have been 2 early not sure my anatomy is different to other but if someone could help or give me any suggestions on whats going on coz even the doctors are clueless thanks
