Diabetes is not caused by too much sugar. I will challenge the gentleman above that is alleging that poor diet is not involved, however. I think he missed out on some vital information somewhere along the way....

More and more evidence points to poor diet being one of the primary causes of type two diabetes in those who are genetically predisposed to it. Anyone who has looked into the history of groups of people where the incidence of type two diabetes is particularly high nowadays will see that 150 years ago, it was virtually unheard of. Even today, in civilizations where people live off the land, the incidence of type two diabetes is practically non existent. If you do a little thinking, you'll see that it's caused by either diet or sedentary lifestyle (or both). This is not rocket science and nothing is secret. Poor diet and lack of exercise in those who are predisposed genetically, is almost a guarantee of becoming diabetic.

"Sugar Does Not Cause Diabetes" AND: "The lowest rates of diabetes in the world are found among populations that consume the most carbohydrate—for this reason type-2 diabetes is almost unknown in rural Asia, Africa, Mexico and Peru. However, when these people change to a DIET RICH IN FATS and low in carbohydrates they commonly become diabetic. Some of the highest rates of this disease (and associated obesity) are found in Hispanics, Native Americans, Polynesians, and Blacks who have recently adopted the American diet"

I could go on and on. The point is, don't believe everything you read here. Research it. If the person answering your question doesn't provide links to reputable sources, they're probably just offering up opinions (and we all know what opinions are like).

6 bottles of lucozade won't give you diabetes, but I used to drink 2 large bottles a day, and I did suffer from a sugar level related condition after about 2 years of this behaviour. Since I stopped drinking Lucozade regularly this has now settled down, and I can still enjoy the occasional bottle. So be careful as to how much you drink of it as it is pure glucose, and will if nothing else really shock your body, and cause your system to go out of whack for a while.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You don`t get diabetic from having to much sugar you are diabetic because your body can`t process the blood sugars fast enough or properly or not at all.
So by cutting back on the sugar a diabetic eats the body can then handle the blood sugars properly as if it cant then the sugar floats around in the blood system and not being absorbed
So if you watch your sugar intake and weight before you become diabetic then you have a less chance of developing diabetes.

No, the Lucozade will only harm your teeth!

Diabetes is largely genetic, and risk factors include lack of exercise and obestity.
So ask your relatives if they know of a history of the illness in your family tree.

The people could represent aspects of yourself. Alternately, your dream may just be trying to tell you to appreciate what you have in life, (maybe you are not doing this at present for some reason) by way of comparison, by showing you that things could be a lot worse ~ this could also be why the dream showed you acquaintances in these situations & not close friends ~ if they were close friends going through these things you would be much more focused on your emotions about them...but as they were acquaintances ~ represents that these situations are not up close & personal, but is a general nudge to you, to appreciate what you do have in your life.

I would question if you have an unquenchable thirst to want to down 6 bottles of the orange stuff. This can be a symptom of diabetes from the onstart.
