to work out with? Keep in mind I'm a virgin exerciser and very overweight. I tried Windsor Pilates and they were great, but a little over my skill level. I pulled a back muscle.

I love to dance. It would be wonderful if there was a DVD that taught dance moves--easy ones--to help me get moving! Don't give me any buns of steel, because I'm not ready for that yet.

Thanks y'all!

LOL...Well, I was going to say Buns of Steel...Just FYI when I started with that one I just did the warm up...then I worked to the warm up and cool down...then the entire thing.
I have a friend who swears byt the Sweatin to the Oldies as being the most fun.

Did you do the modified versions of Winsor pilates? Did you watch Dagne the whole time? She's the short brown haired woman off to the right of the screen. I followed her moves (I have Sciatica sometimes), and I surprised myself. Try it again, it couldn't hurt.

My favorite is the one that I mentally play in my head while I just go outside and do it. If you are just starting, the best thing to do is just go out and walk.
